What is the minimum age to enter the attractions?

• While we do not have a minimum age reuirement, we do require that all children be able to walk, as we do not allow strollers or guests to be carried

How long is the wait?

• Our wait time varies from night to night, but the average wait time is between 30-45 minutes. If you just can't wait to be scared we do offer line jumper passes.

Do you offer refunds for patrons who get to scared?

• Unfortunately we do not offer refunds once you have entered the attraction. If you get too scared then we have done our job and you got what you paid for!!!

Are you open if it is or has rained?

• We are a mix between indoor and outdoor attractions. We try our best to open every night that we are scheduled, however if the weather is extremely sever we may have to delay opening or shutdown all together for safety purposes. Any delays or closures will be announced on our social media and on our voicemail ASAP.

What do I need to know about parking?

• We do have free onsite parking. Our parking area is grassy and slightly inclined, so please use caution under wet conditions.

Is there merchandise or food for sell at the attraction?

• Food- We frequently have food trucks and other food vendors at the attraction for your enjoyment.
• Merchandise- we do have AMS Merch for sell at our merch booth.

Will I be touched by any actors?

• We do offer a touch pass as an add on to your General Admission Ticket,  but if you do not purchase that add on then you will not be intentionally touched.  Please keep in mind that haunted houses are dark and narrow in many places, and actors may accidentally brush up against you in passing.
